Space for Ideas
Just as a damp cloth cannot wipe away
moisture, a mind crowded with distracting thoughts and worries struggles to
generate new ideas. By relaxing and leaving some mental space unoccupied, we
become more receptive to external information, allowing seemingly unrelated
pieces of information to connect in unexpected ways and spark fresh insights.
Trying to force ideas to emerge under pressure rarely produces the results we
hope for. Often, our minds work more creatively when we are relaxed and allow
thoughts to flow freely, without conscious effort.
