Enduring Hope

The frequency and duration of life’s crises vary from person to person. Offering a platitude such as “the night is always darkest before the dawn” to someone in the midst of a crisis may bring little comfort, for hardship might last a week or persist for a decade or more. Yet, by facing each day with care and refusing to surrender to despair, we can continue moving forward until the ordeal eventually passes and peace returns. Holding on to this belief can become a vital source of inner strength.
